 From there, we’ll put together a custom proposal with initial design ideas. We’ll go over everything with you on a Zoom call.

Design direction + signed contract and 25% deposit

Once you're booked, we’ll complete your design deck with digital mock-ups of every floral detail for your day.If needed, we’ll suggest rental pieces and tablescape elements to bring everything together. This is a living document, and we’ll keep refining it together as your plans take shape.

On this step we’ll sign a contract and ask you to place a 25% deposit.

About 30–60 days before your event, we’ll meet in person or set up a virtual call to review a fresh floral sample.Together, we’ll walk through all the details, make any final tweaks, and discuss additions like extra centerpieces.

We’ll also confirm anything still outstanding and give you one last chance to adjust quantities.

Do you have a minimum for weddings or events?

Not at all. Our wedding services are completely customizable. Whether you need just a bridal bouquet and boutonnière for a courthouse ceremony or full floral design for a large celebration, we’re here for it. No event is too small, it’s always an honor to be part of your special day.

Do you design weddings only in New York?

We primarily design weddings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of New Jersey — but we’re open to traveling! For locations outside the area, including destination weddings, just reach out. If planned in advance, we’d love to make it happen.

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown for events?

Absolutely. We offer full-service options, including delivery, setup, and breakdown. Let us know what you need, and we’ll customize everything to fit your event perfectly.

How far in advance should I schedule my consultation?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you start planning your wedding , especially if you’re hosting a larger celebration. For more intimate weddings, shorter notice can work too, but keep in mind that popular dates book up quickly. Whenever you’re ready, just send us an email ,we’d love to hear from you!

How much is a bridal bouquet?

Our bridal bouquets start at $200 and can go up to $550, depending on the size, complexity, and choice of flowers.

What to expect during the first consultation call?

We’ll ask about your style, color palette, favorite flowers, and the overall vibe you envision. Don’t worry if you’re not sure,we’ll guide you through everything. We usually start with the bridal bouquet, as it sets the tone for the rest. After the call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal within a week, including pricing and next steps. It’s all about making sure we’re the right fit and bringing your vision to life.

How much is an arch?

Arches start at $2,000 and can go up to $15,000, depending on the complexity, size, and floral design. The rental of the structure is typically included in the price.

I have no idea how much wedding flowers cost. Where should I start?

After your consultation, we’ll provide a custom estimate based on your needs and vision. Since every wedding is unique, prices can vary, but we’ll work with your budget and guide you through all the options.

How much do you charge for delivery, setup, transfers, and breakdown?

These fees depend on the location, timing, and complexity of your event. All costs will be clearly outlined in your proposal, and we’re happy to suggest ways to keep them manageable. While we always recommend having a professional team for the best results, we understand that some aspects can be adjusted to fit your budget.

Will you coordinate with my other vendors?

Absolutely. We’re happy to work alongside your vendor team to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ll connect directly with your venue contact and your cake designer if floral details are involved, and coordinate with others as needed.

It possible to rent the vases instead of buying them?

Absolutely! Most of our vases are available for rent, as they are custom-made, and reordering certain pieces can take months. We don’t sell them, but rental vases are included in the flower pricing within your proposal, along with a vase rental agreement. If you’re hosting a smaller event or prefer to keep the vases for a larger one, we can discuss the details in advance and provide exactly what you need.
